Način plaćanja
Avans 30%, po dolasku u objekt 70%.
PDV
PDV nije uračunat u cijenu temeljem čl. 90, st. 2 Zakona o PDV-u.
Boravišna pristojba
Boravišna pristojba uključena je u cijenu.
Raniji odlazak
U slučaju odlaska iz objekta prije završetka rezervacije, gost je dužan podmiriti cijeli iznos računa.
Otkazivanje rezervacije
Rezervaciju je moguće otkazati do mjesec dana prije planiranog dolaska uz povrat od 50% uplaćene akontacije.
Naknada po kućnom ljubimcu
Manje od 5 dana = € 50,00 po kućnom ljubimcu.
Više od 5 dana = € 10,00 po danu i kućnom ljubimcu.
Parkiralište
Parkiralište za vozila je osigurano, bez naknade.
Wi-Fi
Gostima je osiguran besplatan Wi-Fi. Lozinka će vam biti dodijeljena prilikom dolaska u objekt.
Voda
Voda iz slavine sigurna je za piće.
Završno čišćenje
Završno čišćenje je uključeno u cijenu.
Depozit i šteta
Depozit nije potreban, ali u slučaju počinjenja štete od strane gosta u objektu, gost je dužan podmiriti sve nastale troškove vlasniku objekta prije odlaska iz objekta.
Prihvaćanje uvjeta
Prihvaćanjem ponude gost prihvaća i gore navedene uvjete.

Sojourn tax
Sojourn tax is included in the price of service.
Early departure
In case of leaving the property before the end of the booked period, the guest is obliged to settle the fee in full.
Cancellation
The reservation can be cancelled up to one month before the planned arrival with a refund of 50% of the advance payment.
Fee per pet
Less than 5 days = € 50.00 per pet.
More than 5 days = € 10.00 per day per pet.
Parking
Parking spaces are provided on the property free of charge.
Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi is provided to our guests. Passwords will be provided upon arrival.
Tap water
Tap water is safe to drink.
Final cleaning
Final cleaning and overhead expenses are included in the price.
Deposit and damage
A deposit is not required. However, in case of any damage to the property caused by the occupant, the guest is obliged to refund all the incurred costs to the owner of the property before leaving the premises.
Acceptance of terms
By accepting the offer, the guest accepts all the above stated conditions.
